Ramu College under Cox's Bazar district is only one college of Ramu upazila. This college was established in 1989 beside Ramu by-pass. From its establishment it is spreeding all branches of knowledge and culture among the people of this areana. It has up to degree level. The authority is trying to open honours programmes. BM (Business Management) HSC is also run in this college.
