Since the inception of the College in 1962 through the grand patronage of erstwhile administrator of Cox's Bazar, Mr. M.G. Kaul; this college has become the highest echelon of education in the southern district of the country. Our goal pivots not only on distributing knowledge but also on making a complete citizen. In continuation of this goal, we observe versatile programs like commemorating national heroes, celebrating national and traditional festivals, observing respective religious functions with due solemnity, arranging annual sports and cultural function, hosting science fair etc. We have a bunch of dedicated faculty members working relentlessly for the academic and ethical development of our students. Our enriched library quenches the thirst of knowledge of both our teachers and students. At present the college has approximately 7000 students and the success rate of our students in HSC, Honors and Masters is really praiseworthy in the whole country. We are very hopeful that in the near future the college will be the top centre of higher education in the country.
