 College History: Hizla Degree college is one of the best colleges in south Bangla. The college which is situated at the best of the upazila is the only college of this upazila. It was established in 1984 by the overell help of the then UNO Sheikh Mozeher uddin and local elites. The college ensures a quality learning system with the help of skilled teachers and efficient management as a result all that glorious result in Barisal education Board and National University is achieve each year since 1984. In the H.S.C level we have Humanities Business steadies , Science group, BM Section, Degree and Honours level. We have BA, B.S.S, B.B.S, Honours and BA, BSS, Honours of students is about Two thousand three hundred. Its area is 4 acres. All of the teachers of the College are trying to make man power for the country.
