Satkhira govt. Mohila college situated at the heart of satkhira District is the only institution of higher education for the girls (of this district). Its establishment date was 1st july, 1974 and nationalization date was 1st November, 1984. From the very beginning, this institution has been maintaining its highest position of female education with dignity and uprightness.
